I'm 5 ft 7 and 115 lb should I get extra small?

I'm 6'2 and 205 lbs and ordered large. Depending on the level of compression you're looking for go with your stated size. If less compression is desired go a size up.

What's the difference between these and twice as expensive elite recovery pants?

The Men's Refresh Recovery compression tights are our highest rated Compression tights with an Extra Firm Compression Rating of 25-28 mmhg. These also have an over the foot stirrup which provides targeted compression relief from the furthest extremity for entire lower body relief. The Refresh Recovery tights have a Firm Compression rating of 23-25 mmHg and do not have the overfoot stirrup.

Do you wear this during a workout or after workout

You could wear them for a workout or post work out. I think it’s just personal preference. These are definitely more tight than a Nike or Under Armour
