I got these electrolyte packets to fuel me after my 20 mile runs throughout the week (I am training for an ultramarathon), and nothing seemed to refuel me prior. I’ve tried Liquid IV and Nuun before, but this by far tasted so much better and made me feel so much more energized after my runs!

This is just something I wanted to post because others may have this issue also. I typically cannot have stevia. However, this company makes a carbonated version that sells in cans and it has not bothered me after a few samples. I wanted to have something easy to transport when I am out working at my job so I thought this mix would work. For some reason, the stevia bothers me in this mix. Stevia usually upsets my stomach and causes digestive issues for me so I tend to avoid it; I can't have refined sugars at all. I was not able to enjoy this mix because it does aggravate my digestion and I presume it is the stevia. For those who have issues with stevia, avoid this mix. I may try the canned version again just to see if I can tolerate it. Electrolytes are essential and I enjoy having a tasty treat!

The 24 count variety pack was delivered in a timely manner. I work out a lot, and wanted to try a new recovery drink. This was great!
