Does this fit a Radpower Radrunner?

When it comes to tubes I wouldnt see if it works on a brand of e bike but just make sure it fits your rim and tire size. I bought this for my brother who has juiced scorpion and a tire size of 20x4. Hopefully that helps.

what psi are the inner tubes rated for?

Not 30psi….I just put one in my tire and inflated to 28psi and 3 minutes later, KABOOM! Tube blew out, scared the $¢!T out of the cats!!!

What are tire levers used for?

They are little levers that are used for getting tires off a rim. A set of tire levers are one of the cheapest and most essential tools of cycling equipment and everyone should carry them. To use them, insert flat end between rim and rubber tire. Lift rubber tire up using leverage off rim and bring rubber tire edge off and away from rim edge. Drag lever along rim edge to bring tire off rim further. Careful not to pinch tube in this process. The opposite end of the lever is for locking it on to a spoke.

I bought these tubes for my brothers juiced scorpion which uses 20x4 tires and they worked fine. Hopefully that helps you out.
