Do what they need to do....
These are effective. They give me energy and my recovery times are shorter than when I'm not using them. I do notice taking them everyday they lose their juice, but when I use them like every couple of days then they stay effective.

They work just be sure not to leave them where it's hot. The delivery guy left them at the door and I never got notified so they all got stuck together and it was rediculous to pry them all apart
