Delivered fast. Went together very well. Didn’t even need instructions. Ride is smooth. Adjustments are easy and everything works great. I don’t know how they make such a nice piece of equipment for so little money.

Surprising quality and comfort for price! I didn’t want or need the huge screen of a peloton. I just wanted resistance cycling and this product delivered! Both in quality and customer service. The package was damaged in shipping and I was missing pedals. Contacted customer service and I received replacement pedals in a day. This is a great book for the price. Would recommend to someone who doesn’t need all the fancy gadgets and accessories that will actually break.

The criteria for me when purchasing a spin bike was that it not be noisy, that it be sturdy/heavy enough for me to do intense spin classes with movements that are both in and out of the saddle and that it be cost effective. This bike, so far, after about a month now of using it 3 - 4 times a week is everything that I wanted! The bike is so very quiet with magnet resistance as opposed to being friction based resistance - there is no waking anyone else in the house up when I work out insanely early in the morning! And I can be up in second position jogging, doing tap backs, forward pushups and be in and out if the saddle & the bike is very sturdy with no tipping. I feel safe. Although I wish it were less expensive than the $379 that I paid for it, in comparison to other much more expensive models, I feel like I lucked out with a really good overall value. I like that I have the option of using my iPad or iPhone on the holder and that it has a water bottle holder, although the holder is a little flimsy so I might replace it, but it’s not an immediate need. One more thing that could be added to make it better is a holder for hand weights as right now I have them stored on the floor matt next the bike & have to remember to put them up on a chair next to the bike or I have to stop the ride and get off the bike to get the weights. Since I am also a road cyclist, I change the pedals for my clip shoes, I just like the ride much better than the cage pedals. A place for the tv remote would be good too, although my engineer boyfriend came up with the idea to Velcro the remote on to the bike for me as I like to get free classes on YouTube I don’t use the data screen much as I get a lot of data from my Apple Watch, but I do like that it’s there and that it will scroll through the data if I want it too. This was also very easy to assemble. I really like that there are so many places/positions for me to put my hands. Very happy so far!

Easy to assembly and very sturdy. I’m 4’11 and the seat adjustment is a life saver.

Great for the price and doesn’t take up much space. My amazing adult son assembled for me so I can’t say how easy or not it is but it didn’t take him long. There are no instructions in the manual on how to change the resistance and mine came at the highest level so as a beginner I felt like quite the failure from the beginning. Fortunately I saw some videos on this page & figured it out. (Thank you video reviewers!) I find the seat quite uncomfortable and hope to swap it out for something with a bit less pressure in certain areas. The iPad / phone holder does not allow for a case which I find ridiculous so I haven’t tried the app. Overall I bought this to be more active and use it pretty consistently so mission accomplished. I am currently looking at their elliptical model since I’ve been pleased with this purchase.

Great bike for the price! Cons: does not show your cadence or resistance. So, if you’re using the bike to follow a class it’s a guessing game. Pros: Light weight Comfortable (thighs don’t hit the bar the seat is on like other bikes.) Solid frame Easy to install/set up Quiet

Over all I'm happy. My only complaint is when you crank it down to make very difficult to pedal the difference between very hard and stop is a quarter turn or less. Not a deal breaker but not perfect. The other thing is I'm 5'11" with a 32" inseam. At the seats highest setting it is perfect for me. I'm not sure how someone 6'2" would do if they wanted the correct bike set up. It feels very sturdy. The seat is actually comfortable. I would recommend the bike.

**UPDATE (see below for original review): So, after contacting customer service, they did send me a replacement part. It was QUITE an experience to switch out the old wheel for the new one, but it worked. I did notice along the way that the belt was very tight, so I think that may have been what the initial problem was. With the new wheel, and the belt loosening, the bike is working as expected. The main complaint now: the seat is so noisy! But, I can live with it as long as the actual bike works and gives me the workout I want. The company had contacted me about a full refund based upon my original review, but I presume they no longer will offer it now that the fix has been made and the machine is working correctly. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I ordered the bike during Black Friday sales and, upon receiving it, put it together quickly. Didn't seem to be of the highest quality, but hey, I don't need much; All I wanted was something with minimal resistance for 30 minutes a day during the winter. During the 2nd or 3rd use the drivetrain popped and clearly sounded like something was broken inside, but the resistance still worked. Eventually a hard piece of plastic fell out during the ride. After that it made noises but worked. During the 6th time of usage another large pop happened and it stopped having resistance completely. After I opened up the drivetrain I saw that the plastic lip holding the belt on had broken off and so the belt fell off the wheel (see pics). DIDN'T EVEN LAST ME TWO WEEKS! Again... barely used it. Certainly didn't push it hard. Still waiting to see what happens with Customer Service... I don't have high expectations, but I did buy the $30 extra warranty because I wasn't sure.

I'll start by saying that I've been doing spin for about 4 years, I'm 5'1" and I've only used bikes at gyms. This one had most of what I was looking for and the price was right so I pulled the trigger and bought one. It was really easy to assemble. The hardest part was getting it out of the box. I've been using it for almost two weeks now and here are some of my thoughts! The seat is really comfortable. If you're not used to spinning, I can see why some people might say it's not, but this was probably the most comfortable spin seat I've ever been on. My first time using a magnetic fly wheel, so I was nervous when the reviews said that you can barely push the pedals with no tension. Not my experience at all. I found it fine for a start and I need at least 3 turns before I hit the "flat road". As for the sturdiness of the bike, it's not bad. I got a sand bag to weigh it down so it won't move out of place. I switched out the pedals for some that I could clip into and that was super easy to do. Finally, the only thing I would have liked is if the seat could move forward more, just from what I'm used to comfort wise, but that's just personal preference. Overall, incredibly happy with the purchase to date. Hopefully it stays that way!

The bike is awesome! It came with really good assembly instructions. It is very quiet and smooth riding exercise bike ...good for early morning workouts so you aren't waking up the rest of the household. The seller communicated very well even before product arrived letting me know what to expect when it arrived. Overall excellent product and seler aaa+++++

I loved using this bike... until it broke. 10 months in the magnetic resistance will no longer crank and I'm not sure I will be able to fix it (I can't remove the parts needed to expose the faulty bit). If you want something to last longer than a year, this is sadly not your bike

I am quite pleased with this bike. It works well and is of solid quality just like the higher end models.
