The ice cream maker has good build quality and overall the results are fantastic for at home ice creams and frozen yogurts. Still trying to figure out the best way to store the ice cream as it seems to get really hard in the freezer. The best results so far have been to make the ice cream or frozen yogurt and put it in the freezer for an hour or so - at that point pull it out and serve. It's also good to serve right after the machine but tends to melt quite fast. But if you keep it too long in the freezer it seems to get pretty hard. This all depends of course on your ingredients and how fat your base is.

This machine worked beautifully. The directions are simple, and clear. Freeze time is convenient, because we leave it in overnight to prep it. The clean up was easy. It makes delicious ice cream. My wife prefers this to going out for ice cream. Flavor possibilities are endless. It’s the perfect size to sit in the shelf, as it doesn’t take up much room. Easy to use Highly Recomended.

This works great! It is quick and easy to use, fairly quiet and makes delicious, smooth ice cream in an hour or less! It is also easy to clean. The best part is that it doesn't require freezing any components.
