can this use as a headlight? looking to use it for my chopper project.

yes you just will not have a high beam

I have a deere 4010 with 2 headlights 12-volt positive ground, will these work ? other 2 headlights are negative ground.

Will these mount to a 4430 John Deere?

Yep, they'll fit a JD 4430. If you use them for the fender lights you'll have to use the hot wire from the high and low beam together. They work great you just won't have high / low beam.
