Does the belt restrict movement during exercises?

On the contrary! The belt is designed to allow a full range of motion while providing natural movement and comfort during dips, pull-ups, squats, and other exercises. It keeps the weight secure without hindering performance

Is the strap sturdy enough to hold heavy weights?

Absolutely! The 40-inch strap is crafted from heavy-duty fabric with reinforced double stitching, ensuring it can securely support heavy weights. However, safety is always a priority—we recommend a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs for optimal use

What about the EVA panels, i don't see it in other belts, so it provides support, but it comfortable for extended wear?

Good question, the EVA panels actually provide an optimal balance between support and comfort. They offer support but also padding and shock absorption which makes them very comfortable particularly when wearing the belt for extended workouts

Besides keeping the belt in place, does the all-around-the-waist buckle strap have any additional advantages?

Yes, the complete closure evenly distributes weight around your core, enhancing stability. Additionally, it facilitates easy weight loading and unloading, streamlining your workout. Lastly, it enables you to squat lower compared to open dip belts

Can I use this dip belt with a squat rack?

Yes, it works well in some setups. That said, this belt is designed for vertical weight loading, so please consider the belt and strap sizes to ensure it fits your setup. For dedicated rack training, we suggest our squat belt (see bundle below)
