I am not sure if this Zippo insert will fit your 1966 standard model but it fit my 1991 standard Zippo model

Yes, when u got mine it was the entire inside of the zippo. The cotton, wick, and wheel with flint. Just got to fill it with fluid and throw it in your putter case
