AMD Ryzensets 5 5600 processor ( 6 Cores/12 Threads, 65W TDP, AM4 Socket, up to 4.4 Ghz max boost, wraith stealth cooler)

Built a pc for my girlfriend which she used for work. She has since left me but overall great value CPU if you're wanting to invest but aren't sure weather she will stay or leave you for a coworker who can afford the X3D or one of the newer gayer chips with e cores.

Great value for money and performance perfect for any mid build. Paired it with a Rtx 2070 and produced great 1080p gameplay with room to upgrade the gpu in the future

To install, find the corner with a small triangle on both the motherboard and the CPU (if it's not there you can look for the corner without a pin) and carefully place the CPU into the slot making sure not to break the pins. Then give it a wiggle to make sure it's in place and pull the lever down. Too install the Wraith cooler you may need to undo the bracket for the previous cooler, if the small metal part beneath this starts to shrink away you will have to hold it in place, and if it's already in the case you may have to take the back panel off to do this. The wraith cooler has springs that evenly adjust pressure so screw in slowly and evenly until they stop spinning. Now to my review, this is an amazing budget CPU, the included Wraith cooler is an amazing thermal solution that stays quiet as it cool. It also looks very aesthetic compared to most other coolers I have seen. It boots smoothly and generally very quickly if you have a good enough SSD and was very easy to install. runs most games very smoothly, I generally get 165 FPS on Fortnite with it paired with an RTX 3060 on medium settings, as well as 500 FPS on Minecraft java on max settings (lunar client), if you have a decent GPU it is amazing. Has a nice clock speed of 3.5 GHz base and 4.4 Boosted. Overall just a great CPU, I recommend it for anyone who wants to game, 3D model, use it for photography etc. just remember there are no integrated graphics so you will need a GPU.

great cpu than the intel core i5 10500 that i used before, no more lagging when using the pc and great for emulation

Great value for an Am4 upgrade, if you are still on am4 and want a good upgrade path, this chip could be for you. However the value no longer holds if you are building a new pc, with the price of am5 motherboards matching am4 and ddr5 coming down in price a 7000 chips is better value for money, for example the 7500f. However speaking of the chip itself it performs well for the price and has remained stable even with some overclocking applied. I absolutely recommend as an upgrade.

Runs cool, handles games and multitasking well

Bought this for my first PC not knowing a great deal about them and having some recommendations through friends. There has been absolutely no issues with installing this onto a standard board. I have had no issues with overheating on a fairly basic set up, and no issues playing any games so far! I cannot comment on overclocking or significant/heavy use.

The Ryzen 5 5600 is an excellent choice for gamers and home users looking for a powerful yet affordable processor. In its price range, it’s hard to find a better alternative. It delivers strong performance in games and everyday tasks, making it one of the best value-for-money CPUs on the market.

The product function as intended and delivery was fast.

Package showed up on time, and with no damage. Very straight forward install and worked like a charm. have had it for a few months now and couldn't complain if i wanted to! one of the best CPU's if your on a budget. Plays the games i play without issue and multitasking is effortless. 10/10 would recommend.

I got mine in its original box, so I’m unsure of why some people are complaining that they got theirs in plastic bags, but one of the pins was slightly bent, so it wouldn’t go into the cpu socket. I was able to use a knife to unbend it carefully, and then it fit perfectly. This has been my CPU for the past 2 years and I’ve had NO performance issues whatsoever. Its temperatures always remain between 25-45 degrees, even under moderate to high usage, although that might partially be the result of my intake and outtake fans. The CPU is extremely stable. It always performs as expected and never has instability issues. I’ve played Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War at medium-high settings while live streaming and it handled it with ease. For the price, this was and still is extremely powerful and efficient, extremely budget-friendly. I’m glad I got this as my first CPU, and I hope it’ll do me good for many more years.
