Titan FlexSpray Handheld Electric Sprayer

Perfect sprayer! I am seriously impressed with the performance. We used it to refinish our kitchen cabinets and they look factory finished. We used ChatGPT to ask for the settings on the sprayer with our paints and our project and it gave us the best settings. Most issues with spraying come down to not using the right settings and paint consistency adjustment for what you’re trying to do. With enough research, this sprayer can tackle a lot.

Regardless of what negative reviews you may read, this is a very good sprayer for the money. I have used much more expensive hvlp sprayers that give indistinguishable results. I was skeptical at first because it does take a few minutes to get it dialed in to give you the finish you are looking for but even then I’m talking about a matter of a few minutes. This sprayer has a much better build quality than similar options in the same price range. If you are not getting the results you desire it is because your settings need to be adjusted or because you are not mixing/thinning your material properly. If you follow the instructions and use quality material you will get great results. I would purchase this again, and would also recommend to anyone looking for a good quality hvlp sprayer under $500. At $200 this is a bargain.

Very nice sprayer! Made thousands of dollars over the summer with it so well worth the price, it also retails for WAY more at any paint store you can find it in. My only recommendation is be very careful with the small rubber piece on the tip, if it gets cut or anything during cleaning it will effect the spray pattern and need to be replaced. Luckily all replacement parts and consumables like the filters are easy to get. I primarily find it useful for cabinets and doors, it doesn't like to work at angles due to the way the pickup tube is angled in the tank, so set up whatever you're spraying in a way that you can more or less hold the sprayer upright or you will get air bubbles, which will sputter and make imperfections in the texture.

I cant get this sprayer to lay down a smooth finish. When using a real HVLP with the same paints I can easily achieve a smooth finish

Driven mostly by frustration with rollers, i bought this for my home office and some trim around the house. I manage an office by day, so I wanted weekends to go faster, not turn into renovation marathons. Setup was quick and learning the spray pattern took maybe ten minutes on cardboard. The trigger feels smooth and the sprayer weight is fine, even when the cup’s full. I used it to repaint my home office door and baseboards during my kid’s nap and actually finished before she woke up, which made me really glad I didn’t drag this out with brushes. Cleanup took a bit of effort but nothing crazy. For small rooms and trim it works well and saves my shoulders.
