This stuff works very well. I had some sticky ear wax around my right eardrum, [ I have a camera device I can view the eardrum with safely]. This earwax was muffling my hearing badly in that ear. I put a dropperful of the solution in my ear, laid on my side for 30 minutes, then used a powered ear washing device and warm water to rinse. Muffled sound is gone, and upon camera inspection of my eardrum, all is clear and the sticky wax is gone. Other stuff I have used has not worked. This works, and works well!

The Ear Wax MD is probably one of the best over the counter product to help get stubborn hard ear wax out of your ears. Use as directed and then flush your ear out immediately after using this product. It really helped get the wax out of my ears. But it didn't unstop my right ear. My right ear was stopped up down my estastion tub, that goes from your ear, down your neck. After two weeks of ear pain and headaches, I used a heating pad on the right side my neck and the right ear for about 2 hours and it finally broke lose and my ear opened up. So just understand, it really depends on what you're issue is, whether this product will totally solve your issue.

I've used this twice. Left in place for a half hour, and flushed with body temperature water. The right ear was pretty well blocked and about 12 oz of water it was almost clear. Flushed agin and the rest of it came out. Highly recommend over Debrox.

So I’m going to be serious as much as I can. This product was ineffective to the blockage in my ear. I almost used all of it to barely get anything out to the point wear my wear was getting irritated. Even when following the steps, it doesn’t tell you when you should stop when the product starts to hurt. Use peroxide instead of this. 3% is the best to use bc you can do it at least 3 times with 1 or 2 droplets and let it rest in your ear for 7 to 10 mins or wait for the bubbling to stop. Then tilt head over a bowl or use a paper towel to get rid of the wax that the peroxide softened. Gently wipe the inside of your ear bc some wax will not get out with just water(but be sure to rinse first before using a towel or paper towel. Do this process at least 2 or 3 times but only that. The third time will start to make your ears irritated.

There are no instructions for use inside the box. On the outside there are some instructions but so tiny and hard to read. I have only used the product once and I think it was successful.

This stuff really works. We tried other peroxide based ear wax softeners/cleaners but this did a much better job. The longer you soak the better, we did 30 minutes. Because the earwax was so old and impacted it has taken multiple sessions to make progress. Strongly recommend you get an otoscope to see the progress you are making. I would definitely buy again.
