Love this!
Absolutely recommend this scanner. I first fell in love with it at work and have since purchased one for myself at home! It's very easy to set up using the website. It's very quiet and works well for scanning, downloading, and sending through fax as a pdf. I highly recommend getting one and it's a great space saver also!

Don't by refurbished
It was refurbished. It did not work. Our I.T. department worked on it with no luck.Lesson learned, do not buy refurbished.

Great scanner, but this unit arrived damaged
I love this scanner - I've bought it multiple times from different sources because it's reliable and performs well. Unfortunately, this particular unit arrived with a broken part (either the output tray or the auto-feed tray - I don’t recall exactly). There were also scratches on the scanning glass, though surprisingly, they didn’t seem to affect the scan quality. I didn’t test it extensively, but it was disappointing to receive a damaged unit. Aside from that, it’s a great product.

50% is bad
bought two. one worked no problem. the other is not working doesn't looked "renewed "by the error code ATI Global has beem slow to respond. and the one response was have you been helped with your problem. no significant support or service yet.

QR codes for software does not work
QR code to scan to download software doesn't work. Printer that was used for QR code is bad quality and the ink blended together on the image. No manual url given. Will have to spend time to look for software manually.
