Logitech Lift Vertical Ergonomic Mouse

I lost my previous ergonomic mouse so got this one this time. I'm glad I did only had to put the USB Bluetooth in and the mouse was working (super easy). Using it I noticed many improvements to the previous one it's much smoother, accurate, fits my hand better and the silent click is much welcome in all it's a quality piece of kit and would recommend it. Slightly more expensive than others but the quality makes it good value.

Easy to use. This item reduces the strain on the wrist. Do not know how we coped without it. As it works bluetooth principle installation is instanteous. Instuctions are provided. Would certainly recommend.

Top quality and ergonomic - and pink!

This mouse is surprisingly really good, easy to se up, nice feel to it, smooth and quiet to work with, I like the colour I chose and the clicks are quiet and smooth. Its well built and will save wrist strain for me. The only reason i docked one star is that it is for right handed people only, I am ambidextrous so can manage but if you are a lefty only then keep this in mind when thinking of buying - battery i can not comment on as only used for a week for normal computing use so far

An interesting mouse to switch from the flat mouse type. Been using it for a second week now and I think it’s great. Took some adaptation time with the thumb being uncomfortable for me personally but now into week 2 both the thumb and hand/arm feels good. I think it’s an improvement as the arm is no longer twisted/strained. Haven’t wanted to switch back to the old mouse. Ordered in ‘as new’ condition and received a virtually brand new mouse in the original box, minus the replaceable AA battery. I would recommend this product if your hands are on the small side.

I must admit it. I didn't expect this level of comfort by simply changing the holding position of the mouse. I've always been extremely sceptical, thinking that vertical mice were simply a different design for a wider "audience". You know, typical marketing move. And, I was really wrong. Fortunately, I didn't come from a position where I needed a vertical mouse. I never had wrist problems, although it happened that during busy periods at work I had a bit of wrist fatigue after several hours of intense work. Over the past many years I used first the Apple Magic Mouse, which I always considered one of the few positive things Apple has ever done; then the Microsoft Surface Arc mouse, which I really enjoyed using, I found it much more comfortable than the Magic Mouse, with the only complaint being for the price. Way overpriced for what you get. Finally, I really wanted to try one of those vertical mice. And, apparently, I picked the right one. The Lift is super responsive and comfortable especially for long working sessions. It is precise and works seamlessly with both Windows and Mac. What I love the most, comfort aside, is that it can be paired with three different devices, which means you can switch between them effortlessly. It works with two double A batteries which even with intense use they seem to never drain. I never used it for gaming although in some reviews they say it is fine but not for competitions. Overall I’m really loving the comfort of this mouse especially for long working sessions.

I love this mouse. I have two, both for about 2 years now - one for work and one for home. I was suffering from RSI in my wrist but the shape helped massively and I rarely get it at all now. The right click has stopped working on one of them just this last week but I think that might be debris rather than the mouse itself. Either way, they are durable and I'll happily buy another if I can't fix it myself as they are reasonably priced. Battery life is awesome too as you'd expect.

I bought this to help ease the constant stiffness I have in my right wrist as most mice I've used before forced you into a very unnatural position. I looked at various options and chose three, but only bought two as the third was double the price. I white enjoyed this mouse, however it really requires a large desk for you to be able to sing your arm to move the mouse around, which would be rather tiresome. When I tried out the other mouse (Logitech Ergo M575) which has a thumb trackball and doesn't require any movements except from the thumb, I quickly adopted this instead. I didn't return the Logitech lift, however, as the Ergo has limitations. The Lift is excellent for playing First Person Shooter (FPS) games over a conventional mouse even, as it is far easier to control horizontal movement, especially as the hand and arm are almost positioned like one is holding a gun. It also excels at very intricate work like in GIMP or Paint, or adjusting knobs in FL Studio, whereas the Ergo is better suited to everyday tasks. The convenience of accessing the batteries is excellent, as is the ability to store the USB there, meaning transportation is an ease. It's also very pleasing to the eye unlike the Ergo which whilst sharing the same clamshell-like striations, does not match the stylish paper-weight-esque appearance of the Lift. They're both great bits of kit and well worth getting!

I love this mouse! The vertical design is super comfortable, especially for long hours of use. I have long fingers, so I feel like it could be just a bit bigger, but it still fits my hand much better than any regular mouse I’ve tried. Setting it up was easy, just plug it in, and you’re good to go. Plus, being able to connect it to three different computers is such a nice bonus. Switching between devices is easy, although a bit inconvenient since the buttons are under the mouse. The responsiveness is great for my everyday work. I don’t game, so I can’t speak to how it would handle that, but for general use, it’s smooth and reliable. The buttons are also really well-placed, easy to press, and super quiet. The pink color is so cute! I only wish they made it in purple to match my Logitech keyboard. That said, it still looks great on my desk. I haven’t tried it on anything other than Windows yet, but the battery life has been amazing. I’ve been using it for a while now, and it still shows almost full. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but if you use a mouse all day like I do, it’s absolutely worth it. It’s comfortable, quiet, and stylish. Highly recommend!

Ca m'embêtait un peu d'investir une certaine somme dans une souris car je ne réalisais pas l'impact du changement entre ma souris vendue avec mon pc, plus que basique, et celle-ci ergonomique. Je suis photographe et fais de la retouche photo de très longues heures et journées, et je n'ai jamais eu de douleur ou autre mais je sentais que ce n'était pas bon. J'ai donc tenté cette souris verticale en appréhendant un peu de ne pas m'y faire. Je vous le dis tout de suite c'est un peu bizarre au tout début mais ca devient très très vite naturel et je n'ai eu aucune difficulté à l'intégrer en quelques heures à mon process de post traitement comme si elle avait toujours été là. Au début ca donne l'impression que j'avais le poignet tordu, alors que c'était au quotidien qu'il l'était avec mon ancienne souris. Je vous recommande de faire cet investissement à toute personne qui passe beaucoup de temps sur son ordi et notamment aux créatifs qui font beaucoup de manipulations particulières. Une souris basique convient pour du bureautique classique mais pas pour ce genre de tâches. De plus elle est très silencieuse, ça me change tellement de mon ancienne souris qui claquait tout le temps. Un investissement utile et probablement précieux pour la santé de ma main et poignet dans le futur, j'aurais dû le faire plus tôt ! Je recommande !!

Grafik tasarım işi yapıyorum. Yıllardır Logitech ürünleri kullanıyorum ve çok memnunum. Tutuş pozisyonu gerçekten çok rahat. Elinizi neredeyse hareket ettirmeniz bile gerekmiyor. Küçük parmak hareketleriyle bütün ekranda dolaşabiliyorsunuz. Tuş sesi, pad kullanırsanız hiç yok, doğrudan sert zeminde ise belli belirsiz. Yatay kaydırma için fiziki bir donanımı yok ancak ileri/geri tuşu kombinasyonu ile tekerlek yatay kaydırma moduna geçiyor. Tekerlek hariç diğer 6 tuşa özel görev atanabiliyor. Olumsuz demek doğru olmaz ama; Sol/ sağ tuşları geleneksel faredeki gibi aşağı yönde değil sola doğru (ya da sol el faresi için sağa doğru) hareket ettirdiğimiz için tuşa basarken kürsör hafifçe sola kayabiliyor ve tıklama yerine seçim işlevi yapmanıza neden olabiliyor ama birkaç gün içinde bunun üstesinden geliniyor. Bu fare "Bolt" alıcı kullandığı için "unifying" alıcılı cihaz da kullanıyorsanız (ki ben Logitech klavye kullanıyorum) her iki alıcıyı da takmanız gerekiyor. Altıncı tuşun (hassasiyet tuşu) yeri pek ergonomik değil. "MX vetical" modelinde üst tarafa konmuş ve daha kullanışlı olmuş bence.

Have both this and the LIFT. Both come up short in the same way and each has their own ergonomic problem. The problem with both is that the mouse buttons are too high up, yes even on the smaller LIFT, meaning you end up straining your hand just in a different orientation... Even in the 'handshake' position, your fingers want to naturally point downwards toward the desk and stack on top of one another, not be constantly pointing straight and spread open to reach the left click button at the 'top' of the mouse. Really, the left click button should be where the right click button is located and the dead space at the bottom of the mouse (under the actual right click button) should be the right click button. Individual ergonomic issues: Started with the LIFT but there is not enough bulk to the palm section to support the hand properly, (despite hand measuring as an M on Logitec's own guide) so the palm feels unsupported and kind of makes your hand form a narrow claw. Ring and small fingers have nowhere to rest, other than stacking on the table (which restricted moving the mouse). Changed to the MX Vertical as it looked like it was bulkier and would support the hand better. It does, and there is more room for your fingers, but again, with the buttons being too high, you can feel your finger strain as it is again having to fight the natural downward position of the fingers and now technically is also fighting gravity somewhat as the mouse itself is that much higher than the LIFT. Also, the MX Vertical has straight buttons, rather than curved ones, like the LIFT has, this adds to the discomfort as there is no real natural shape for your finger (think about it, even a cheap normal mouse usually has somewhat curved buttons). So, in short, both are not great. Solution, make the LIFT shape larger like the size of the MX Vertical and move the button location as described, in a more angled down position. Honestly, the pros and cons of each are enough not to bother with either, but if you really want to try one because you are in a lot of pain with a standard mouse, the LIFT would be the better choice as it at least has the curved buttons and you can use it like you're pinching it, giving you some relief over a standard mouse, but don't expect great palm support. But, again, neither are great. Logitech should have committed to a steeper angle and better orientated buttons.
