This is a great grade of grease for my squeaky garage door. Now it glides much smoother and quieter with less need for reapplication, even after heavy rainfall and high humidity. It’s made a big difference and I highly recommend it if you want to keep your garage door in top shape.

My garage door opener was starting to make terrible sounds when being opened or closed. I figured it was time to grease the spring mechanism. After looking at several different products, I chose American Grease Stick Garage Door Grease. It is not quite as thick as vaseline, but a similar consistency. It was easy to apply to the mechanism, and I immediately noticed a difference when I opened the garage door. I also applied a small amount in the tracks where the wheels roll as the door goes up and down. The door is much quieter now and runs smoothly.

Grease appears to be to notch. Made my garage door screw super quiet. The bottle on the other hand is the problem. The head on the bottle is too big to fit into the guide to slide against the screw. Not s huge deal, I used my fingers but could be better.

Great lube for garage door parts.

This took away the screech that two service calls from pros did not stop. Don't know yet how long it will last. A bit messy to use, but I'm a woman, so maybe men don't mind.

Far more 'watery' than I expected. I assumed this was similar to other greases but it's runny. Seems good quality but greasing things overhead is now a little trickier.

My garage door screw drive was really really noisy. I had tried other greases that weren't specifically for garage doors. Those would work for a little while, but all those greases made it really tough on the opener to work when it got cooler in the fall/winter/spring. So I did a little research online and found that I needed to use one of these specific low temp greases. I put this on the screw drive the day it was delivered and was completely shocked by how quiet the garage door is now. No more ridiculous vibrations and noise and I haven't had to re-apply or mess with the opener in months.
