It contains soy ingredients like what and also soy is bad for testerone right ?

Thanks for contacting Nature's Bounty! The Magnesium 400 mg Softgels (Prod No. 59408, B59408) contain Soy Lecithin, which acts as a dispersing, emulsifying or stabilizing agent. It is GRAS (Generally Regarded As Safe) listed by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and is included in the FDA Inactive Ingredients Guide.

Have any of you had your product smell bad? I’ve used this product for years but the last batch smells like fish

We appreciate that you have taken the time out to give us your feedback. The gelatin used to make up the soft gels will sometimes have a very strong pungent odor. You can try to take the cap off and leave the bottle out for about an hour and that may help with the odor. If you have any further questions, Consumer Affairs Representatives can be reached toll-free at 1-877-774-3361, Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Please reference Case No. 03129209 when calling.

Are the 400 MG softgels the color red? If not, what color are they?

I am not familiar with the 400 MG magnesium product. I purchased the 500 MG magnesium product. The ones I purchased are white, they are NOT softgels, they are a hard oblong shaped tablet.
