Sturdy mic stand.
I bought 2 of these. These Mic stands are heavy, sturdy, and well made. I have no fear whatsoever of my mic falling over or sliding. I love that I can adjust the height and mic position. Look clean and professional. These will last a very long time. I am happy with this purchase.

please make sure everything is included
I tried to order a used stand twice, but unfortunately, both arrived with missing adapters - looks like the previous buyers didn’t return all the parts. So if you’re returning yours, please make sure everything is included! That said, I’m super happy with my brand new stand now! Great quality, and it holds my NT1 5th Gen + shock mount perfectly.

Unmatched quality you expect!
Excellent quality and durability that you would come to expect from RODE. It has a solid base plate weight to it so it’s almost impossible to tip over. Made with high-quality materials you will come to appreciate when recording ~ I highly recommend it.

Probably something that isn't really mentioned is the weight of the stand. I avoided this stand for some time because I assumed it wouldn't support my NT1-A. Mostly because I thought it would be light and then tip over. Well, there isn't even a possibility of that. The weight is solid, heavy, and well-distributed.

Does Not Articulate
This is just weighted enough to keep my R0DE DS 1 from tipping over. Stand holds the mic vertically ONLY and does not articulate. This is a bit tall for a standard desk and is probably designed for something that sits lower.

Amazing Heavy and Sturdy Stand
The product is amazing but my only problem is that the lowest height is higher than the height desired when an average 6 ft tall is seated on the chair with the mic hooked to the stand placed on an average height study table. So be mindful of it - However, the height is good for placing it on a coffee table while seated on a couch in front
