Are there supposed to be more pieces? what do i attach the spring steel to? the instructions show a 3 piece wooden rod, but i didn’t receive one...

I corresponded with the maker before I purchased. He said it was too expensive for him to ship the rod, and I should buy one locally. I did buy one locally. I love this mop.

Where is this made? America??

Yes. 100% made in Ohio from locally sourced oak and domestic steel.

Is it a time consuming hassle to take the cloth off to rinse it while mopping? I'm trying to find something less time consuming than hands and knees.

It only takes a couple of seconds to put the cloth on or off. I can't do hands and knees anyway. But the mops are also good for reaching up to corners etc. You can always switch to a new cleaner or drier cloth for, say, getting spiderwebs out of corners.

Does this come with the cloths? It doesn’t seem to mention it...

It does not come with cloths, but it can work with a variety of cloth. Microfiber or terry bar towels work best. Some people like to use old tshirts or bath towel rags.
