Needed a sheath for a knife and it worked great. It dose smell so heat up in a well ventilated area

Used these to make hull protectors for my kayak. Worked great!

So far I've made two small kydex knife sheaths using this material. Having never done this before I wasn't sure how it would go. Made a cheap homemade press, warmed this kydex to 340 degrees in our kitchen oven and went for it. The kydex molded nicely around my knife yielding me acceptable pancake style sheaths. Admittedly, it will take making a few more to be able to design an eye-catching sheath, but for now there's nothing functionally wrong with these.

Easy to shape with a basic heat gun. Thick enough to provide the keel protection for my Eddyline kayak, but thin enough to shape easily with basic tools. Used a marine-grade adhesive to attach to the kayak. All good.

Careful of the sheet size you order....I mistakenly thought this was the greatest price on kydex on planet earth and then the sheets arrived and they are small 8inch by 8inch. My fault in not reading the description fully hence the 4 stars. The kydex itself is legit, strong and easy to work with, see the knife holster pic I attached.

I added these to stern and bow and shaping to custom fit worked perfect. I installed on a Malibu Stealth 14 ft kayak.
