Yes, but you're better off with Hunter #99813. Since the Wilder fan already comes with a receiver, you don't need this full kit. Hunter #99813 is this same remote without the receiver.

Could not find any confirmation the Hunter 99770 Universal remote is compatible with Model 59579 Windemere ceiling fan.

Is this compatible with the Hunter 51010 Southern Breeze model?

Maybe just contact Hunter? They will let you know of compatibility. That might be better than trying to find out through Amazon. Also, for what it is worth, I was told that this was compatible with my old fan and it was not. That cost me $75 in labor as I had to actually buy a replacement fan.,
