Daffodil ULT05 USB LED Reading Light Keyboard Lamp Flexible Gooseneck

I have a shorter LED lamp that I was able to do as a comparison that I keep in my car. This LED lamp I needed was for my recliner and I was hoping to find something a little longer and this checked the box. I was able to add a little to the height thanks to the 90° adapter that I installed directly into the recliner's USB port. This gives a vertical port entry. Length was most important to me; however, a power switch would be second in line because I don't want to keep inserting and removing every time I need to use the light. Furniture ports typically don't hold up well long-term. I was able to locate a power adapter and this will add another 2 in height between the 90° adapter and the light itself. So far I'm pleased with my investment, I just needed a simple little lamp. I find the overall light output excellent the some complain it's too bright. Most LED lamps come with a thin plastic sheet diffuser but I'm not going to add it because the light is pointing downward and doesn't bother me. I'll update the review once I connect the on/off power USB adapter but I did include a photo of what I ordered. UPDATE: I added the power adapter; however the power button faced toward the chair and not outward. It did power it on and off though so depending on your needs if the power switch is needed this would make a great addition.

It’s a nice bright light and has been reliable. The crookneck works well. Doesn’t get too hot. USB connection is firm. Note that it doesn’t have a switch, which is somewhat different than some other lights of this type.

I've used this light for a few hours now. It works well when used to light the space near a laptop. The flexible arm is a good length. I have it plugged into a port on the back of my laptop, and have my notepad next to my laptop well lit. The light stays in place, and is twistable. The light is too bright if you look directly at the LEDs, but is a good brightness if the light shines down. The wrap on the arm feels sturdy. The housing for the lights feels cheap and plastic-y. We will see what the longevity of this light is. My one complaint is the lack of a power button/switch. The light turns on when you plug it into USB power, and turns off when you remove it. There is no way to leave it plugged in, but have the lights off. This light works well when used with a laptop.

Well, the lights arrived yesterday, they are bigger than I expected. In fact, The overall length is 20 inches and there are 10 bulbs in the lights that I received instead of 8 lights. I do not object to these facts and the lights work as expected. I would comment that the package arrived wet. Now, it has been raining here but the lights were inside a bubble wrapped brown envelope and they were both wet. It looked like there was some rust on the flex part of the light indicating that they have been wet for some time but I wiped them both dry and the rust is negligible now. I might recommend that they be packaged in plastic bags so they cannot get wet in shipment. I used the light today instead of a reading lamp. I plugged the light into my Rav power source and it remained bright and was easy to read by. This is the purpose I bought it for so it will meet my needs just fine.

Awesome price for this small, but super bright, portable lamp. I love that it can just plug into the USB, works perfectly since my laptop doesn't have a backlight. Also, another neat feature is that it is super adjustable. I can twist and turn the cable, and it will stay in position all night. ******Update: I will have to knock the ratings down by two stars on the light. It worked well for the first week, but since then it has been flickering on and off more and more frequently. It has gotten to the point where I have to constantly adjust the light and the angle in which it is siting in my computer just to have consistent lighting. It could be a quality issue, but I may be looking for a new light soon.

This light is amazing! I Bought 2, one for me and one for my brother. We both absolutely love it. Its really bright and i use it for pretty much everything. I own a portable charging box and because the light is USB i am able to plug that into the box and take the light where ever i want. It doesn't have an off/on switch but i don't mind that. When i shut my computer off the light goes off too. It is also really flexible. I can bend it in any way possible and where ever i put it, it stays. I love love love this light; its perfect for anyone who has a laptop where the key board doesn't light up.

I bought this Daffodil LED Light to replace a light I had used for years. The order came in 2 days as promised. I love this light and will be buying another one for my husband. The wire or cable that holds the light is very sturdy and easy to place however you want. The lights are bright and my entire keyboard is lit up.If you find a glare from the light on your screen, just tilt the bulbs toward you a little bit or move your screen. I've found the sweet spot for no glare on my screen. Well worth the money. 8-24-17 I have an update on this product. I bought it on 4-8-17 and loved it. About 2 weeks ago one of the lights started blinking and about 2 days later it went out completely. Then another started blinking...I know you can see where I'm going with this. End of story, as of today, I have four out of 8 lights left and oh yeah, one of them is blinking.

It's bright but the lights are not recessed enough and the light is widely focused. You get either a reflection of the 8 lights in your screen or the lights shine brightly in your eye in your eyes.

Excellent piece of kit.

Best reading lamp I've used ..

値段的にと考えlると、仕方ないのかもしれませんが、手元のスッイチが欲しかった

Zeer tevreden met deze aankoop. Mijn vriendin en ik genieten nu van een goed verlicht toetsenbord. Een aanrader!
