Can they be washed in washing machine inside the pants?

I take them out of the pants each time. I personally just think if you wash them it will make them last too long.

Sold as a pair. So if you only have one leg you can use the other one as a replacement after it wears out. Can also be trimmed down along pre grooved lines for proper fit.
