Professional quality without the "big brand" price tag!
I’ve been wanting to switch from non-stick to stainless steel for a while now, but I didn't want to drop $200 on a single pan. This DELARLO skillet has been a total game-changer in my kitchen. The tri-ply construction is legit—it has a nice, heavy weight to it and heats up incredibly evenly on my glass stovetop. No more "hot spots" where the middle burns while the edges stay cold. The 12.5-inch size is perfect for a family of four. I can easily sear four large chicken breasts at once without overcrowding the pan. Speaking of searing, the crust you get on steaks with this thing is restaurant-quality. Because it's oven-safe up to 600°F, I love that I can start a dish on the stove and finish it under the broiler without worrying about ruining the handle. A quick tip for anyone new to stainless: make sure you use the "water drop test" to ensure it’s hot enough before adding oil, and your food won't stick! It cleans up surprisingly easily with a little Bar Keepers Friend, and it still looks brand new after a month of heavy use. If you want a durable, nontoxic pan that feels like it’ll last a lifetime, this is a fantastic investment.

Great Value!
This 12-inch stainless steel pan is a great deal! I snagged it for just $26 (after a $10 clip-on coupon on the product page), and it has exceeded my expectations, especially considering the price. The heat distribution is good, seems about average from other pans I have seen reviewed. The pan takes longer than I expected to heat up, but it being my first stainless pan it could be normal. Following simple YT tutorials, I had zero sticking issues with my first-ever stainless steel cook - fried eggs and pancakes turned out perfectly. There is some discoloration after cooking however I read it is normal and doesn't affect the food and can be removed with some elbow grease(there are plenty of tutorials online how). The rivetless design is a nice addition and one I don't see in many stainless pans. The pan has a nice weight to it giving it a high-end feel. I personally really like the handle, It feels very comfortable in my hand and I can get a good grip, I was able to install it with no issues. In summary, my initial review is that this stainless steel pan offers really good performance and at its price point it is a great value. A solid 5-star rating for me!

Great pan for the price
This is an excellent pan for the price. It heats up fast, and evenly. The bottom is slightly convex upwards so much of the middle of the pan is slightly off the burner, which isn't ideal for electric stovetops. However, this wasn't an issue and could actually protect the pan from warping the other way. If you use oil, not much sticks to the pan, but of course it isn't as non-stick as an actual non-stick pan. The pan is also easy to clean if you leave warm water in it after cooking to soak. Overall, a relatively high quality pan that works well and is easy to use. Also the perfect size for bit meals!

Good, not great.
It's a nice pan BUT after a year or so it doesn't seem to come completely clean. Maybe it's typical of stainless steel I don't know, but the pan has a discoloration that won't come off. I still use it of course, it's not like the discoloration has taken over the pan. It's only noticeable if I look closely. It's a solid well built unit.

So affordable, yet so amazing! Don't think twice and just get it. You won't regret it.
I bought this bad boy during Black Friday and I've been using it continuously since. I was a non-stick user before and this guy was my first stainless steel pan, so there was definitely a learning curve, but my oh my did it pay off! I don't even reach for my cast iron skillet anymore because this pan does everything! It's super wide, so I can brown a ton of food and it browns really well! It's also got sides tall enough for making curries or stews. I can cook like three days worth of food in it. It's also super easy to clean as the inside is a continuous surface with no screws or crannies where food can get stuck in. I've burnt stuff on this and Barkeeper's Friend + Scrub Daddy took it right off with no scratches! This is such a good multi use pan and very durable. It's also very affordable compared to the Made-In or other popular brands. FYI: It doesn't come with a lid, so you'll need to buy one yourself.

Exploded at Medium Heat.
Pan exploded while browning hamburger meat at medium heat. Hamburger meat was blown 3'-4', all over the back splash tile wall, floor and countertops. It was a cleanup nightmare. This was not a high heat or empty pan scenerio. Very disappointed in the product.

Very nice pan, even heating
Got it on sale and was very pleased with the quality, especially for the price. It is a little heavier than I thought it would be, but lighter than carbon steel even. I suppose that’s kind of a trade off, quality and durability at the cost of weight. Heats super evenly and quickly as well as cooks food perfectly. I actually had to turn the heat down compared to my cheap non-stick skillet it replaced. It was a learning curve for me compared with non-stick cookware, but nothing a quick google search didn’t fix, any stainless steel pan would have been the same. Good sized for most daily use cases, I would think, I can sauté up to three pounds of ground beef with no issues.

Great cookware
Great quality pan. Cooks well, heat spreads quickly and evenly however, oil did not create a film around the pan. I've used the pan around three times now, and I just let a little water sit in it for a while to get off the residue and it cleaned well. I've used the pan to fry and to make chilli. Handle does not heat up. I should have bought the one with the cover, it's a big pan, none of my other pan covers fit.

Best quality pan
I am glad I bought this pan. The quality is just too good and I enjoy cooking with it. The pan heats up quickly and evenly. I had to learn how to cook with it as this was my first stainless steel pan and I used to use non-stick Teflon pans. This pan came with a how-to pamphlet which was very helpful. I got the 12 inch one which is very big but I'm quite happy with it. I didn't buy the pan with the lid as it was too expensive for me. I had to look for a 12 inch lid separately on Amazon. There weren't many options to look for unlike the readily available 10 inch pan lids. Maybe someday I'll get the 9 or 10 inch pan from this brand. I've become a fan! Don't hesitate to buy this pan. If you're looking for a stainless steel pan then this is the one you want!

Looks Good, But Sticks Badly
Looks great but sticks terribly! Eggs glued to the surface even with oil, making cleanup a pain. Discolors after a few uses—disappointing for a stainless steel pan at this price.

For large electric hobs/gas
Edit Feb 2024: Got a gas stove, and I have to give credit where it's due, this pan is NICE! I tested the heat uniformity and it does pretty well edge to edge, making cooking protein + sauce a dream. Throw 10 chicken thighs in, or throws 2 steaks in, let it do it's thing and have the confidence of knowing that it will cook evenly. I love that you can also just take it straight from pan to oven if you're looking to finish dishes off slow. Original review early 2023: Pan looks and feels great to use. Upon inspection, it appears to be somewhere around 2 - 2.5mm thick. The problem? My pan has warped slightly due to it's incompatibality with typical glass/ceramic-top stoves. I can probably hammer it straight since it's very minor, but I now know that a 12 inch clad pan belongs on a gas stove. In all fairness, I think that I did not research my purchase well enough. This pan cannot distribute the heat from a 6 inch electric stove plate effectively, causing the centre to become signficantly hotter than the edges (about 20% when measured). As a result, it risks warping at medium-high temperatures (searing chicken/steak). non-clad pans with thicker sandwich bottoms (say 5-10mm) are less likely to warp on an electric stove. So, AND THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART, if you would like a clad pan for your 6-8 inch electric stove, stick to an 8-10 inch pan or buy a gas hob. If you need a bigger pan for your electric stove, purchase a good quality encapsulated bottom pan (for reference, my 30cm Tramontina Solar casserole heats quite evenly on my 6 inch plate).
