I purchased the Body Back Buddy Elite Trigger Point Massage Tool (2-Pack Bundle, Black) after having a cyst wall surgically removed from my back. My doctor recommended frequent, intermittent deep tissue massage to help break up and reduce scar tissue buildup, and this tool has been extremely helpful in that process. One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to assemble—it snaps together quickly and feels solid right away. The design makes it simple to reach difficult spots on my back and neck that would otherwise be impossible to target on my own. The multiple trigger point knobs are thoughtfully shaped and positioned, allowing me to adjust pressure and angle depending on the area I’m working on, whether it’s a deep muscle knot or a more sensitive spot around healing tissue. The tool is made of very sturdy, durable material, which gives me confidence using firm pressure without worrying about bending or breaking. Having the 2-pack has been especially convenient—I keep one at home and one at work so I can stay consistent with my massage routine throughout the day. Beware ordering the two-pack! I ordered the two pack bundle so I could have one at work and one for home, but only one item shipped to me. The box contains 2 different labels and barcodes - one indicates it is the 2 pack bundle I ordered and the other a single item, which is what they shipped. There really is no way to tell Amazon about this through their customer service bot short of having to return the item, so I'm going to have to pursue it through the manufacturer. Not ideal. Great sturdy item, though! Loving it!

Once I read and used it as directed, I was amazed at the relief it many times gave me. A great product, but would be even better if it were more portable for travel.

Had a similar Japan product that was the best massager I've found. Had difficulty finding a replacement until this product. Made out of strong material, versatile with many options to use on different parts of the body. Bought the pair.

This is seriously one of the best invention in the world. I always have sore neck or shoulder pain or back pain. Finally I don't need to ask the wife to help. Without issues you can get any knot yourself and its not uncomfortable or difficult to do. I absolutely love this thing. I bought everyone in my family one.
