What is size fit me i wear 36 china size?

I found a chart online that 36 in China = 5.5. I would recommend sizing down. My boots seemed a little big in my regular size

Are the soles removable?

my soles were removable but that could be from the specific design of the shoe model i got. if anything for foot support the soles are pretty thin you could remove them or just put your support ontop.
