Good all round camera
Excellent camera for the price - we have bought a few at work now and I have one at home as well, so it is now standard issue when we need another webcam at work. (Helped by it frequently being on discount on Amazon)Image quality is crisp with good colour balance and brightness/contrast, and decent low light performance. The camera has auto focus so is equally adept at close up use sitting on your monitor or covering an entire boardroom table from a distance.Field of view is 95 degrees, wider than many cameras, but can also be switched to 78 or 65 degrees in software. For close up use sat on a monitor I find the default 95 degrees a bit wide showing a lot of background, however setting it to 78 degrees is just right. We also have one sat on top of a 65" TV screen at the end of a large boardroom table and here the 95 degree field of view is perfect - it's able to get everyone sitting at the table in shot where cameras with narrower field of view would crop some people out.Microphone audio quality is excellent for normal desktop use with the person speaking within a metre or so - it is sensitive, the sound is crisp and well balanced, and sounds like a recording microphone, not the bubbly noisy compressed sound of many webcams. While the built in Microphone can work at a pinch in a boardroom table scenario, I recommend a table mounted microphone in the middle of the table rather than using the built in microphone, this is what we use.Pros:Zero software setup required for most functionality, at least on Windows 11 - just plug it in and go. Seems very reliable - I've not had a single problem with any of the 5 we have. They have replaced some cheaper webcams which had issues like sound cutting out after 10-15 minutes of use.Cons:If you don't install the Ankerwork app you will be stuck with the default 95 degree field of view which in my opinion is a bit wide for close up use. However once you change the field of view this seems to be remembered as a preference setting in the camera which will apply even if you move it to another PC or uninstall the software. The microphone is a dual microphone system and has two modes - 360 and 90 degrees - it defaults to 360 however can be changed in the Ankerwork app. The more directional 90 degree mode seems like a good idea on paper to reduce ambient noise from other directions (perhaps useful in an open plan office) but in practice I was disappointed. The default 360 mode sounds clean and high fidelity - like a music recording microphone, however the 90 degree mode sounds compressed, hollow and somewhat low quality, like a cheap webcam. While it does indeed seem to add significant directionality to the microphone pickup the loss in overall sound quality is unacceptable in my opinion, so I would leave it on the default 360 degree mode.I've used this Webcam extensively in Microsoft Teams but have also tried it in OBS where it works well and gives a good looking image and good sound quality for the price.

Great webcam for the price!
The Anker PowerConf C200 2K Webcam is a good choice for those who are looking for a reliable and easy-to-use webcam. This camera is equipped with a high-quality lens that captures video in stunning 2K resolution, making it ideal for video calls, meetings, and live streaming. One area where the Anker PowerConf C200 2K Webcam falls short, however, is its low-light performance. In dimly lit rooms or environments, the camera struggles to capture clear and well-lit video, resulting in grainy and pixelated images. This can be a significant drawback for those who frequently use their webcam in low-light conditions.Despite this limitation, the Anker PowerConf C200 2K Webcam is still a solid choice for those who need a reliable and high-quality webcam. The camera is easy to set up and use, and it comes with a variety of useful features, such as a built-in microphone that provides clear and natural-sounding audio, making it perfect for remote workers, students, or anyone who needs to attend virtual meetings or events.Overall, the Anker PowerConf C200 2K Webcam is a good choice for those who value video quality and ease of use. While its low light performance may be a concern for some, this camera still delivers solid performance and is a great option for anyone in need of a reliable webcam.

A Bright Spark in Video Conferencing, Despite Sunlit Challenges
Just thought I'd share my thoughts on the Anker PowerConf C200 2K Webcam I recently got my hands on. Honestly, it's been a bit of a game-changer for my work-from-home setup, and I'm pretty impressed with it for several reasons.First off, the physical privacy shutter is a nice touch. In a world where digital privacy is a big concern, being able to physically block the camera when it's not in use gives me peace of mind. Plus, the quality you get for the price is pretty stellar. We're talking excellent picture clarity that really makes those video calls look professional. The ability to zoom in to your desired level without losing much quality is fantastic for framing your shot just right, especially when you're trying to hide the cluttered room behind you! It's super versatile too โ it fits almost any monitor, and the fact that it uses a USB-C cable for connection is a huge plus. It feels a bit more future-proof, knowing it's using a more modern standard for connectivity. However, it's not all sunshine and rainbows, quite literally in my case. I have my desk set up in front of a window, and I've noticed that on super sunny days, the camera struggles a bit with exposure. My face either gets blasted out, or if I try to adjust the settings, the background turns into a dark abyss. It seems like there's a fine line, and the camera's settings for handling such situations are a bit on the limited side.Overall, though, I'm pretty happy with the Anker PowerConf C200. Despite the occasional battle with Mother Nature's lighting, it's a solid choice for anyone looking to upgrade their video call game without breaking the bank. Definitely worth considering if you're in the market for a reliable webcam that punches above its weight class.

Great value webcam with mic.
This is a great quality camera, the picture is crisp and high resolution, the angle is wide and the privacy guard adds a sense of security. I've had good feedback about the mic and I really appreciate its small form factor. Compared with some of the mainstream brands like logitech, the price to value ration of this anker webcam is worth every penny. Simple software adds to the experience, but it worked straight out of the box without it too. Easy to install it sat on my curved monitor just fine. Really happy with it so far.

Crystal Clear Video and Excellent Audio
The Anker PowerConf C200 2K Webcam is fantastic. The video quality is sharp and clear thanks to the 2K resolution, and the colours look natural without needing extra adjustments. It works well even in lower light, which is a huge plus for streaming set ups. it was compatible with my built pc just attached and off i went, just selected the input on my streaming app and worked like a charm. it also fits nicely in my ring light so im able to have it in a comfortable position for the stream. The AI noise-cancelling microphone is impressive โ it picks up my voice clearly while filtering out background noise, making virtual meetings much more professional and distraction-free. Setup was straightforward, and it works seamlessly with Zoom, Teams, and other video apps. The webcam is light weight and sturdy and well built, and the adjustable mount makes positioning easy. Overall, itโs a high-quality, reliable webcam thatโs perfect for remote work, streaming, or online classes. Definitely worth the investment.

Solid camera for home setup
I recently picked up the Anker PowerConf C200 2K Webcam for my home office setup, and I have to say, itโs been a game-changer. With all the virtual meetings and video calls Iโve been doing lately, I needed something reliable that would up my video quality without breaking the bank, and this webcam delivered.Video Quality:Right off the bat, the 2K resolution is a massive improvement over my old webcam. The video is sharp and clear, making me feel more confident during meetings because I know Iโm coming across well. The low-light correction is a feature I didnโt realize I needed until I had it. Even in dim lighting, the camera automatically adjusts so Iโm not sitting in shadows or looking washed out. Itโs nice not having to worry about setting up extra lights just to look decent on screen.Audio Performance:The AI-noise-canceling microphones are another highlight for me. My home office isnโt the quietest placeโthereโs always some background noiseโbut these mics do a fantastic job of filtering out distractions. Whether itโs the hum of a fan or random street noise, my voice comes through clearly. Iโve noticed a big difference in how others hear me, and I donโt have to repeat myself as much.Adjustable Field of View:One of the features I really appreciate is the adjustable field of view. Depending on the situation, I can choose a wider angle if I need to show more of the room, or a more focused view if itโs just me. Itโs a small thing, but having that flexibility makes a difference, especially if youโre switching between different types of callsโwhether itโs a formal meeting or a casual catch-up with friends.Privacy and Build Quality:Privacy was a big concern for me, and the built-in privacy cover is a solid touch. I like knowing that I can physically block the camera when Iโm not using it, rather than relying on software alone. The cover slides smoothly and feels secure, so Iโm confident itโs doing its job.The overall build quality is impressive too. The camera feels solid, and the mounting clip holds it securely on my monitor. Itโs also easy to adjust the angle, which helps a lot when Iโm switching between sitting and standing during long work sessions. Conclusion:Overall, the Anker PowerConf C200 has exceeded my expectations. The combination of great video quality, excellent microphones, and thoughtful features like the privacy cover and adjustable field of view make it a fantastic choice for anyone looking to upgrade their webcam. Itโs been a worthwhile addition to my setup, and I wouldnโt hesitate to recommend it to anyone whoโs serious about looking and sounding their best on video calls.

A decent intermediate webcam at a sensible price.
Bought this as a replacement webcam after my Razer Kiyo unexpectedly broke on me. I decided to go with this model as products I have previously bought from Anker have been good products. The price for the device was ยฃ49.99 and in my opinion this is good value for the quality and features that are provided. After two months of use as part of my desktop setup for Teams calls during the day and Discord calls at night, there have been no software or hardware issues with this device. It responds quickly and without hassle.Setup was simple plug & play and quickly recognised by windows as a new webcam device.Although the autofocus feature is fine I did find that opting for a fixed-focus works better in my setup and provides me with a consistently crisp image. Also as a small point I did like that the USB-C cable is replaceable with any standard cable, meaning that cable length can be easily tailored to suit needs.Pros:Offers sharp 2k camera quality at 30fpsSmall, sturdy and compact form factorBuilt in privacy shutter and power-on LEDEasy 2 part setup (Plug usb-c cable into webcam, plug other end into PC)Detachable/replaceable USB-C to USB-A cable.Cons:Built in microphone, although clear, does sound rather tinny.Software not built in, requires downloading the AnkerWork program from Anker's site.Adjustable FOV is just cropping of the full scale image to fit required space.Image can get slightly grainy in low light.

Amazing image quality and build for its price!
I just got this today, but I am blown by the quality of this webcam. Upon opening the box, I was expecting some cheap plastic based item. Still plastic alright, but the finish, the thickness of the usb cable that came with it, how it was packed, the care of producing a quality brochure...it is better than the rest in its price class, or even compared to something more expensive. The image quality is just as amazing. And the autofocusing really works, as well as in the selection of the field of view. I am thinking of getting another one, as I type this review. I just plugged it into my Mac running OS Monterey, and then I'm ready for my online zoom session. We'll see how it performs in the next few months. But as of now, I am so pleased with this product that I would like to share this through a review here in Amazon.

Really good camera
I was actually impressed by the quality of the camera, it is more than enough for business meetings and also casual calls with family or friends. I was concerned that the mounting will cover a large part of my montior (that has a super thin vessel) but it's minimal, nothing too distracting. I'm not sure if it's mentioned in the description but you have the main base to fix the camera on top of the montior/laptop and then there's a second part that you can move to do fine adjustments. It also has a physical lens cover that I really appreciate as you can tell quickly if the camera is on or off, just be careful because this does not mute the microphone. It also comes with a software that has some additional settings but I find it works just fine out of the box. Some other reviews mentioned that the camera looks cheap but I don't think that's accurate, considering it costs half as much as it's competitors products. However, I've noticed sometimes the autofocus is slow and might blur your face for a few seconds.Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase and I definitely recommend it for someone who is looking for an affordable and high resolution webcam. Best of its class.
