I normally love Vimergy brand products, but was disappointed that they added the adaptogens to their B-complex. I just wanted B vitamins, not the other stuff. I don’t like rhodiola root and hawthorn berry. Would not buy again.

Great pick me up….take in the morning

I've been grappling with exhaustion due to adrenal fatigue. Even a minor workout would leave me feeling fatigued, accompanied by mental fogginess and occasional headaches. However, since incorporating two of these supplements into my daily routine, alongside vitamin B1 and my adrenal supplements, I've noticed a significant improvement. My mental clarity has notably increased, and I can't help but observe the difference in energy levels and mental focus if I happen to skip them before my workout. I notice that my adrenal supplements from Health by Designs are not as effective without two of these. It's worth noting that these supplements come highly recommended by Medical Medium and for good reason! Worth the investment.

First B vitamin that doesn't make me nauseous and I have tried so many.

No extra boost in energy at all, I’m super disappointed but I also know I might not need vitamin B then Update week 2 I get up better in the mornings…. It might be working differently for me I jump right up! I’ll update next week
