There is no push to talk button for online games. This microphone is plug-and-play with a mute button on top, so if you want to turn off the sound you can just turn off the microphone or turn the volume button to mute.

Is this compatible with xbox??

Sorry no, the gaming microphone kit can use with PS4/PS5, but not compatible with xbox. Even use converters, it won't help.
