MOLD ARMOR 64 oz. E-Z House

Very pleased with this purchase. It saved me from renting a power washer to clean the concrete wall that was getting all green and mildewy. I got this because I have plants/flowers against the wall and no damage was done. Took a couple sprays and some elbow grease with scrubbing with a brush but it came out so well and in no time. I took someone else’s advice and sprayed with water first, then the cleanser, waited 5-10 minutes, scrubbed with a brush, then rinsed. Worked great but didn’t initially think it did anything. Be a little patient. It does work and saved me a big hassle of renting the power washer. This bottle will last me several years too.

This stuff works great! I couldn’t get it to work on the hose though. When attached, only water was coming out. I just put it in a spray bottle and left it on for a few minutes. Then I scrubbed it with a scrubbing pad and/or scrub brush. My siding looks great and it’s been well over a year since I used it! Highly recommend! Nice price!

I had green algae on mold forming on the vinyl siding on my house. I tried a competitor's brand of cleaner, but it did not give me the result that I wanted. So, I turned to this product and it was much better. You just hook this product up to your hose and it does all the work. It is very easy to use and has an amazing reach. depending on the nozzle selection you use, it can reach about 8 to 10 feet. Once hooked to the hose, you can shut the water off, rinse, or apply the solution. You know you are applying the solution because it has a soapy appearance. It also has a very strong bleachy smell to it. The solution lasts a pretty long while. I cleaned the entire side of my house twice, with some to spare. The bottle also does not leak when transported or move like some of teh other similar products that I have used. I applied the solution using the connected hose, waited 15 minutes and then rinsed. A lot of it came right off, but I wanted perfection and did a second application using the same cycle. You see the green and black gunk roll down the side of the siding. It was like magic. I highly recommend this product. It is one of teh best in the business and I have tried quite a few.

First impression- it’s not doing anything. Second take- omg, it is amazing. So, in other words, give it time! Unfortunately, it’s looking like I will need a few of these to do my entire house, but… it still beats the price of professional power washing services, or the time it would take me to do on my own. So you secured yourself a repeat customer!

For ease of use, cleaned fairly well. If this was maintained a couple times , you could probably get by with just using this product. Took one star off for areas I went over twice, and it didn’t touch it, the worst not pictured. Does smell pretty heavily, but wore a mask and eye protection and did fine. Didn’t have many plants to worry about, so can’t speak to how this product affects them. I took one star off for the amount of product needed. Needed a little over a bottle for each side of the house, and still wasn’t able to hit all the nooks and crannies. I still have to buy one more bottle to finish everything, so I don’t feel the square footage is accurate. Overall, pretty good for DIY soft wash, but you may need to put some elbow grease in for tough areas.

I used this for the green mildew on the side of my house which has siding (I'm not sure what the siding material is - not plastic). The green had been there for at least 4 years and I kept meaning to do something about it. Finally, after doing some online research last year and watching YouTube videos on various powerwashing companies, this product was mentioned and highly recommended. I ordered it last summer bud didn't get around to using it until just now (spring). While I'd read many positive reviews, I also read some that said it didn't work, so I was somewhat dubious with regard to whether it would get rid of the mold/mildew. My husband was even more doubtful. Well, let me tell you, it worked great. We used it on the side of the garage where we had the problem and before the 10 minute waiting period was up, we could see a difference. We rinsed it and then applied a second coat in the area where it hadn't totally gotten rid of the green. The second coat dealt with the remaining green and the side of the garage looks great. We have a 2-storey house and I'm not sure the pressure would reach the full height, nor would the one gallon be sufficient. But for the purpose for which we bought it, I am 100% satisfied and definitely recommend it to others. I only regret that I didn't take 'before and after' photos.
