Very happy with these, no issues.

I bought these to drill 1" holes 1/2" deep in a 6x6 to accommodate a washer and 10" deck screw. I've always wanted Forstner bits, but I did not want to spend a fortune. I cannot say how these will last over the years, but I have other Irwin paddle bits that I have used for years. For the cost of these bits, I think they are a good value. The 1" bit I used worked beautifully in the pine board I drilled into. Definitely the way to go for smooth-sided holes. Dump the paddle bits and buy these!

Had reservations about this set but I also wanted a full set with all the sizes available. It came nicely packaged and in a nice case with everything advertised. My biggest concern with the drill bits were the serrated edges on the outside. I didn't think they would provide me with the smoothest edge possible on the bottom and I was right. It left indents into my wood that required additional sanding to remove. My "Freud" bits do not leave as deep of cut marks when shaving the hole down. Mind you, these blades are used for cutting holes "through" your project with a nice clean edge. I was using them to cut a circular indent into wood to hold glassware and other objects or drinkware. So, not perfect for me, but maybe better for you. I will keep them and they did perform very well. If you're a professional looking for a perfect cut they might not be for you unless you're going all the way through. Still pretty good though.

Nice set of well built drill bits. Very happy with them. Be aware they produce a lot of wood chips when using them.

Great product dose a great job

For the money, I can't complain. Sharp and solid. Certainly better than some cheap no-name brands I've tried that were so dull, they would struggle with frozen butter. If you need a set, and can't or don't want to spends hundreds, I think this is the best value out there that I could find.

As seen in other reviews they aren’t completely sharp but with a quick stone hone do a great job - lots of sizes to cover lots of work
