I wear a size 11 shoe but have large calves - will a women’s large work or should I go to men’s sizes?

I am a women size 12, but normal calves. I needed the Lg so they fit my foot right and they went all the way up...but not by much. I think you’d be happier with a Medium but go for their Wide Calf model. If they’re not here on Amazon, they sell the wide calf variant on their website.

My calf is 14” - should I order a medium or medium wide? I’m a woman size 8.5 shoe.

I’m not 100% sure. I don’t know my calf size, but I’m thinking I’m pretty average and I also wear a women’s 8.5 shoe so a medium was perfect for me.
