Safe and effective supplement
These supplement works for me it just relaxes your body without pulling you to sleep. L-theanine and ashwagandha together is the best combo that can calm the overactive nerves. I think this supplement is good for people with Parkinson's disease also. Hope the company retains the safety and purity of this product

Good for stress relief and sound sleep
I have been using this The Old Naturals Anti Stress Tablets-Ashwagandha Extract, i not claim here that it is magical pills but definitely it's realeas stress level. It's improve my sleep quality, i take 01 pill every night after meal. It has made me sleep better. earilier i used to wake up in sleep frequently and could not sleep well. Now I feel calm and sleep well.
