Dyson Hose, Change Over Dc41

Perfect fit for my Dyson Ball UP 13 (Caution: If you have some other model this will not fit so make sure before you order). Installation is not the easiest thing to do but YouTube video will help if you are a do it yourself repair person. When the changeover hose stars leaking the suction goes down and the machine gets noisier. Replaced this after 7+ years of use. Not bad at all. Out of warranty buy Dyson products hold up. Original from Dyson would have cost about twice as much + Shipping. Machine runs quite now and suction is restored to original. For a person who vacuumes the carpet every week this is wonderful.

Fits the UP13 perfectly. Just search YouTube for instructions on how to replace. After replacement, the suction to the Dyson fully returned!

This was exactly the replacement we needed. It fit perfectly on our Dyson UP13 (Multifloor), which we’ve had for about 9 years and has definitely been through a lot… mostly thanks to my toddler. The original hose had lost all durability over time and ended up with multiple tears. After my husband tried to “fix” it, let’s just say the situation did not improve. My original Dyson hose had developed a small tear that was ruining the suction power. This replacement part fit my DC41 exactly like the OEM component. well the hose went together fairly easy had to watch video on youtube, the only thing was I didnt have a tool #8 and most sores didnt have it just the #10 so might be good to include the tool or socket type.

works perfectly. I tried a cheaper generic hose I found on amazon but that one while it looked and measured correctly, it wouldn't change over because the plastic used was just slightly stiffer than the OEM plastic material.
