I really like how comfortable these straps are. I'm 5"2 female with small ankles and they just fit right. I can wear them with shorts and they don't rub wrong on my skin at all. The double rings give extra strength which is great, I use them doing kickbacks and glute exercises on the cable machine - under 12 lbs and they work fantastic. Exactly what I was looking for. For someone who needs to research a lot to get the right pair - I'm glad I chose these. They also came with a nice bag to carry in and a few short free videos on exercises you can use them with.

Thank you for your great product! They are nicely padded, easy to put on and take off, and the pink logos on the black are cute, as well (using weight training gear that is your own, thus, cleaner and cute makes a difference in your moods & motivation levels, you know?). I used the strap to do Cable Hip Abductions, it was very comfortable, felt very sturdy, and serves its purpose--no digging in my ankle or anything like that. I really appreciate that you provide us with a water-proof (I haven't tested to see if it's really water-proof, though) carry-bag. The bag will protect the straps from getting wet from other things in my gym bag. I highly recommend this product.

This is one of my necessities, if not the only one I WILL NEVER BE WITHOUT. The pair is awesome for cable kickback, and hamstring exercises. I love it. Nice padding on the inside, does not irritate or bother my ankles when executing. Fits perfectly. I am petite with muscular legs, and calves and was afraid they don't fit, but they do and comfortably at that. Best purchase I have made for gym equipment, I bought a pair for my home gym, and wanted another pair for my gym bag but they did not have another Black and Yellow logo available. I hope it comes back in stock soon. Highly recommend.

Purchased this item six weeks ago and have used it twice weekly since. I love the product and highly recommend it. For the price, this item is a good value. They are super comfortable and I predict they will last me for at least a couple years, since they are Velcro straps and that does tend to wear at some point. The bag to carry the straps was cheaply made and the stitching holding the drawstring came apart and failed in two weeks. I still recommend the product and would buy it again.

I love these ankle straps, the ankle straps at my gym are always taken or they look super dirty so I decided that I needed to try a pair out for myself so that I can always have them on hand in my gym bag. I love these because they are so easy to use and they are comfortable. No chaffing or anything happening while I am working out. The only reason that I took one star away is being I don't feel like this would be your best option if you have large ankles as you have to be able to hook both of the links onto the machine and even for me i have to make the straps super tight. But overall I think that its a great product and totally something you should keep for yourself in your gym bag!

I’ve used them multiple times both for Glutes and abs workouts I’ve also used the resistance band that came with and I love it! The resistance band is much heavier than the ones I have since before so this one is great for some side booty. The ankle straps are great, they fit well and feel comfortable on and let’s me do my workouts the way I want. They are easy to use and look good too!

These ankle straps are very well made and comfortable to wear even on small ankles. I am 4'11", female, in decent shape so I don't have extra "meat" on my ankles. The straps fit well and do not slide around my ankles which have caused me irritation with other straps. these also have a great foam padding. Stitching also seems relatively strong. At this time it is a Highly recommended purchase! I visit the gym 4 days a week and will use these at minimum twice a week, if something changes with them I will update review.

Wow, talk about awesome! These ankle straps are comfortable, I like how the weight is evenly distributed across my ankle without any pressure points. They are secured once placed and light (which is nice). I don't care for the bands too much because they roll up and give off a funky smell. They are also thin width-wise which also contributes to the rolling up problem. Other than that the straps are a win! I would recommend just buying the ankle straps all you'll be more than satisfied.
