The robot did a good job of cleaning our pool. When I received the product, I could tell it was well built and set up was very straight forward. It will vacuum the floor of our pool in a couple of hours, with no human intervention required. It can detect obstacles on its own, and does not get stuck on the bottom drain of the pool. It can also climb walls smoothly. It is very easy to operate, and the cleaning process is quiet and self-guided. Just drop it in the water and let it do its job. I would highly recommend this pool cleaner.

This pool vacuum worked great for about two weeks. Purchased it October 8. Used it 2 - 3 times a week and it kept the pool free of debris. I made sure the vacuum was fully charged and cleaned before each use. It would run non stop and covered the entire pool area. Then it suddenly stopped working. Either it stays in one spot after it is submerged in water, or it navigates to the opposite side of the pool and starts hitting the wall over and over on the same spot. It’s disappointing that a product less than a month old is already malfunctioning and useless. I will be calling the manufacturer customer service and hope they do right.

It's basically ready to go right out of the box!! I charged it for 24hrs, put it in the pool sunk to the bottom with a gentle push and away it went. Zoom Zoom!! No real pattern, just kinda all over the place. It's picking up small leaves off the bottom. It goes forward and backwards. IT DOES NOT CLIMB THE WALLS like the description described. If it helps with the Algea blooming and picks small debris then it's a good investment in between pool boy clean up. My dog follows it around and growls at it!! Lol

This Pool roomba is amazing. Purchased May 11 and used to begin opening pool with still water pre filling and it went to work. Twice a day ran unit and it gradually cleaned the whole bottom (*unclosed or covered pool for winter time). Now, it runs once a day with filter time and the bottom is amazing and do not think will need to drag out the 30 ft vacuum hose and pole vacuum at all. Never looked so good and so easy. Little buddy gets it's daily charge and daily run in scrubbing the bottom. (24 ft round pool) thank you thank you PoolGuard support also...

I purchased this in September/2022. We live in Florida. It worked excellently for 2 months. I have an in-ground pool. It's approx. 12x24, 12000 gallons. The vacuum climbs up the wall, etc. Around November, the battery did not last as long. No biggie, I thought it may be weather related. By December the battery was dead. I contacted Pool Guard mid December. They responded within an hour. They instructed me to send the vacuum back to them, they paid for return postage. The postage was credited within a couple of hours. A week later I received a new pool vacuum. I'm very happy with this kind of customer service. I'm confident they will do their best to make it right. Update, June 22, 2023, pool vacuum has not worked for past month. Website seems to be down, phone number is to an alarm company. $219 for maybe 6 months, remember, it took 2 vacuums to last that long.

Not nearly as good as the last one I bought.

I returned this but it was better than vacuum I replaced it with. Took too long to charge vs time it ran, didn't suck up a lot of the fine dirt and algae, always got stuck on my ladder and ladder mat like it wasn't supposed to. OK but not worth it.

This robotic pool cleaner saved me all summer from having to manually try to clean the pool or try product after product with nothing lasting. The robotic pool cleaner was very effective, fast, and a perfect addition to make my life easier. All I had to do was put it in the water and not worry as it did everything for me! Even cleaning out the debris from the machine after it was done was easy and user friendly. I highly recommend this robotic pool cleaner!

Product stopped working after 2 months and there is no support line.
