Bought this as an alternative to my previously preferred brand which shot up in price. The old brand lactoferrin managed to reverse my mum's anaemia fairly quickly, but these haven't been as great unfortunately. Resorted to switching to high dose gentle iron supplements instead.

I am taking it and having bad stomach issues. Maybe it’s the filler in it?

Took it for just two days and my energy levels improved which indicates that my iron levels have too. It also seems to be killing bacteria in my gut/body because I have woken up with better smelling morning breath.

i have poor absorption and a number of health conditions alongside anemia, adding this supplement was the game changer that finally helped everything fall into place.i take one cap at night after dinner/before bed because it makes me a bit sleepy. i don't even supplement any additional iron at the moment.i noticed an improvement in my anemia and inflammation symptoms within days, my labs improved within a month, and i'm due to check again soon.strongly recommend trying this out!
