What are the ingredients? Is it just Manuka honey?

Manuka Honey (Pharmaceutical grade Leptospermum sp) 16.5%Sodium Chloride, Benzoic Acid and Purified Water.

So which is best to buy the gel or drops?

The drop have a preservative. I prefer the gel, without a preservative. It’s easy to apply to the wet line with your fingertip or a Q-tip. I’ve used both; the drops are easier to use, but I cannot use preservative with my severe MGD and evaporative dry eye disease.

Ingredients? Can this replace nightime lubricating oinments?

I still need nighttime ointments. It seems to be more antibacterial.

Can you use these drops if you wear contacts?

I’d ask your eye doctor. I certainly would use them when I took my contacts out.
