Very nice product
This is very nice product. about the pain it is not 100 percent, but it gives good support to neck for some time, and it can also be used in travelling. I got the product today only and tried it, but the best part is it is very handy and very easy to carry. Secondly this product i can now use in travelling via air or long-distance travel where i have to use cushion.

Nice but quality is not very good
It’s effective in traction but the build quality is not good. Stitching at the inner part creates rashes on the neck and air starts leaking slowly after few uses.

Bought this for my mom. Quality and performance are good. It could vary from person to person but my suggestion is to consult a physician once before using it.

Beware. Amazon stop selling this product
Worst experience first time on Amazon. This product will work only after filling air in three compartments. After buying and using this products for a week the next eighth day air was leaking all over. Which cannot be repaired.

No instruction guide
I’m not sure bout others but i didnt receive any guide book or any tag of the manufacturer. It was delivered to us in amazon box jn transparent plastic. Thats very unprofessional for the manufacturer to sell their product like this
