Good tool to have
Works perfectly to tune a two stroke engine. Used on my stihl backpack blower to tune the andjust the carb per factory spec. Induction worked well, and price was good

Works suprisingly well.
There was a bunch of these inductive tachometers listed but I choose this one. It operates surprising well, I haven't checked the accuracy with trusted tools but it does match the instrument panel tach in my 2nd gen Bronco, and it appears OK used on my chainsaw. Instructions are a little vague but understandable once it's played with for a while. The 1 and 2 numbers mentioned appear to be multipliers for 2 or 4 stroke engines, still not sure about the 3, and the 4 is for reset. Have fun.

Good, simple tachometer
Its does well registering the rpms from small engines. Seems accurate. Very simple to use. It doesn't always register accurately, but removing it and re attaching it seems to help. Good value for the price. It reads well. Not sure on battery life yet, but seems strong.

Get them revs down!
Works great! Really convenient to use. Just place it near the spark plug wire and see how fast your engine is running with the large, easy-to-read display. I did the muffler mod, and this proved to me I had my saw set up perfectly. She eats wood like a starving beaver now. Nom-nom-nom.

Easy to use
It is very easy to use and it seems pretty accurate. The only thing I don't care for is there is no way to get to the battery. The case is sealed up tight. I guess when it dies, ya toss it.

No OPPAMA "P" options
Worked well for a one cylinder 2-stroke engine out of the box. But I was not able to configure it for a two cylinder 4-stroke engine. Looks like a OPPAMA clone but does not behave like one. Tried everything I found on the Internet without luck. Would have taken the battery out but that is soldered in. Returned and tried the replacement with the same problem. Three stars as it seems to work with the small engine. BTW the replacement I got showed signs of being used and returned... which I also returned. And the one mini sheet of a manual is useless.

Works for 2 stroke
Works well out of box. Set it to position 4 for 2 stroke engines. Dropped a star as you can't change battery
