I originally bought these silicone muffin pans because my son is absolutely obsessed with egg McMuffins, and I wanted a better way to make the egg patties at home. Let me tell you, baking them in these has been an absolute breeze! The heat distribution is surprisingly even for silicone, so every single egg muffin cooks perfectly all the way through without any weird raw spots in the middle. I do usually place the silicone pan on a regular metal baking sheet just for extra stability, but the built-in handles on the sides make it so much easier to grab and pull out of the oven without accidentally squishing the pan and spilling the eggs. I am also really impressed with the overall durability and compatibility of this pan. The material feels thick and high-quality, so it doesn't feel like it will tear or warp over time, and the vibrant color hasn't faded or stained at all, even after lots of baking. It is also incredibly versatile—besides being totally oven-safe, you can pop it in the microwave or even the freezer if you want to prep a big batch of food for the week. These silicone muffins pans are very nice. I used them to make christmas Crack using Ritz crackers and the finished goody just popped right out of the mold. Then I washed the mold which was very easy. No food stuck to them. The only downside i have to them is the mold is flimsy. I recommend you have something solid under the silicone muffin pan when moving it after filling it, otherwise the mold will flop and spill what you've got in it since it's so flimsy. Even using both hands to move the pan is hard to keep it from spilling and caving in if something solid isnt under it, like a baking sheet

I used this tray to make egg muffins. Nothing got stuck to tray, and eggs are notoriously sticky! Nothing to clean, just rinse off with water. The tray is not very stable by itself given its mage of silicone, but slide another tray underneath and you’re good to go.

Very soft no structure you will have to have a baking tray underneath it so you don’t spill the content inside like egg bites mixture.

We've used this silicone muffin pan for all sorts of things, from baking to making frozen treats, and it's been fantastic. We actually use it most often in the freezer to make individual desserts for after dinner, and it's worked perfectly every time.
