I wore this daily to recover from achilles tendonitis. Good fit, comfortable. I still wear it on the golf course for additional arch support.

My husband has Achilles tendon issues & these inserts really help him during the day. He also wears a brace at night to sleep that seems to help ALOT. These really help with reduce his heel pain. Good deal & a great price. Works in his tennis shoes & stays in place throughout his 10 hour days.

It works a little. All depends how bad your tendinitis is. Mine was pretty bad so I did not get much out of it.

I use these because I have a narrow heel, high arches and wide toes. I put these in my boots so my boots don’t “drop” when I walk. I love them so much that I got a pair for my hubby! I own many pairs of boots and just move these from one pair to another! I have them in my rubber boots too!

Generally don't leave reviews, but need to say that these saved my feet. Terrible achilles issues for years. Physio, cusom orthotics, expensive shoes... nothing helped. I have multiple pairs of these for all of my shoes because I literally do not leave home without them.

Se ajustan muy bien a mi talla (29 Cms). Se descansa del talón muy bien con el uso diario. No esperaba que también los puedo usar con los crocs. Ya pedí otros para no tener que estarlos cambiando de calzado.

I suffer with Achilles tendonitis and I use orthotic inserts in my footwear. I got this as it seemed to be focussed specifically for my condition and some of the reviews were very positive about the relief they provided. They are comfortable and give stability to your foot and they don't extend to the arch of the foot like some inserts. The material they are made of feels soft and robust - they fit into my shoes well. I did not find they gave more or less relief than other orthotics so I was a bit disappointed in that regard hence the 3 star average rating and I do think they are quite expensive. If they were half the price I would recommend but at the current price I would say look at other products.

Amazing! Really helps with Achilles pain, it's firm yet comfortable, and it doesn't slide around at all in your shoe like other cheaper heel lifts or heel pads
