I used to place under my work desk, an inexpensive but somewhat heavy 6-foot by 3-foot veneer wood desk-kit. The desk has no real RISERS on the feet. I needed my work-surface to be higher, and I certainly can't complain about wanting my posture to be better for 55 hours a week. Thanks to Amazon for providing so many work-table sizes and colors. When I assembled my 2 heavy tables (no drawers, you could call my desk a very sturdy table), and put my monitors on them and tried to WIGGLE the tables, they do not budge. 60 lbs each. After I placed these 2-inch risers under the legs on my 2 tables (now a substantial L-shaped workdesk), the tables still do not budge. I move around my office often, squeezing past my desk sometimes, and I was concerned about STUBBING my toes on a corner of any desk-risers. These are very attractive, and since they are rounded, they put me to ease. The size is just right. The legs on my desk are 2-inches, and they fit well into these risers. My desk still DOES NOT WIGGLE. It was a little challenging getting the corners of 2 desks to smash together, but it is not the fault of these risers. The base on these risers are a full 4-inches wide. This is what you want, unless you need to compromise for some reason. They feel like real wood, and probably are quality wood. They are heavy, and are excellent quality, top-to-bottom. I ordered 4 risers to check them out (they are a little expensive), and I now have a complete set of 8. I'm a Gov employee working from home. I went with the 2 inch just to be sure and it fits perfect. I was also very pleased of the quality of the wood and the pad at the bottom. The color I selected also fits my desk perfectly. I plan to use some seran sticky wrap to where the risers contact the table legs. This will make it much more secure if table gets jossled

These riders are sturdy, yet beautiful. They fit right in with my other furniture seamlessly- I considered many other risers, but finally chose these. It was a good choice!

Beautiful wood finish, nice color. However, I felt that it was somewhat tippy or less stable than it could have been because the blocks were slightly tapered, wider at the bottom and slightly narrower at the top. My wicker sofa had very narrow feet that went on top of this so it was too unstable of a platform. Otherwise, the color looked great. And so did the fact that it was real wood, because that part blended nicely. But it wasn't an appropriate fit for the type of antique wicker couch I had, and it made it just a little bit tippy because the couch was not built to have risers underneath it. I think these risers would work great though to lift up a bed.

Purchased these risers for under a small antique table that I placed on my deck. Works like a charm and they don’t move.

These were the perfect height but they are not the most stable. The chair has fallen off of them quite a few times when I've sat down. They do seem well made though. (In their defense though, I am an Old Coot, so I have a tendency to flop into the chair sometimes, due to painful joints).

All of my risers arrived with the top black piece missing, revealing the unfinished wood. I would have glued something on there and used them anyway, but they stink so badly of varnish or something that I can't be in the same room with them. I was expecting a product I could use straight out of the box, not something I would need to spend more money on to seal/block whatever smell this is. I am writing this review after several days of trying to air them out and scrubbing them with the usual things I use to get rid of odors. Nothing has worked, so I really will have to go out of my way to buy something to try to fix these, if I want to use them.

Fast shipping. Great quality. Look nice with the wood and have no scent. Correct height - the groove size is as described. Does have a lip so make sure to check it will fit the legs of the item you are using these on. Very easy to slip under the legs of a desk that was raised. Currently using this on carpet but the no slip bottom is very substantial and would be great to use on wood.

Use these to increase the height of an antique wooden table. Looks good and is very sturdy..

These risers are a mahogany wood colour which does not detract from the existing feet *a similar wood colour) on the tub chairs we were going to rise. However, the circle of 3" was barely wide enough for the chair legs to fit in and certainly not deep enough as it is barely 1/2" deep. Any small movement of the tub chairs dislodges the risers. Not a safe solid base for those two chairs. Unfortunately we did not open the packages or install them until now, Dec 2024, and the window for returning them has closed. We will have to donate them or use them somewhere else.

EXCELLENT DID THE JOB.

Transformed our sofa. It was too low before and the raisers have really made a difference especially for people with back problems. Made the sofa much more comfortable.

Needed to raise a table couple of inches. The product is exactly as shown and sturdy with a nice finish.
