I use it for a 10 to 15-minute warm-up before every training session, and it's been brilliant for building my endurance. The material is extremely tough and withstands all environments and weather conditions, as well as situations such as being dropped and accidentally trampled upon by clumsy newbies learning the ropes of jumping (pun not intended). It doesn't take up a lot of space, had a variety of aesthetically pleasing color varieties to choose from, is very light weight, and maintains a flexible form no matter how you store it. Additionally, the way that the rope is connected to the handles minimizes maladaptive wrist torsion and twisting, allowing the user to focus on their form for fitness purposes or learning tricks. I’m genuinely impressed with the Elite Jumps Adjustable Jump Rope. I’ve been working on beginner tricks, and this rope helped me finally get the hang of the criss-cross because it spins smoothly and consistently without fighting you the way cheap “basic” jump ropes do. The difference in speed and overall performance is night and day. With my old ropes, I felt like I was compensating for the rope; with this one, I can focus on timing, footwork, and progress. It’s been a big boost to my workouts and makes jumping feel way more efficient. Bonus points for being made in the USA. I’m proud to support a company doing it right, and the quality shows. Very good for heavier jumping. Quality is good, don’t know about durability. Easy to adjust, good value for the cost.

Overall, nice quality pvc jump rope. However, the one I ordered was supposed to have black handles with white lettering. One of the two handles has somewhat smudged lettering that is a grayish tone and doesn't match the other handle. It doesn't affect the performance, but should have been caught during assembly.

It works, and it hasn't broke after heavy use.

I have been jumping rope for a few months now. I started with a little cheap rope from the gym, but it constantly tangled. I wanted to make sure I enjoyed jumping rope and that before I purchased a better one. This is my first decent rope. And I love it. Definitely worth the money.
