Beautiful antique style rotary phone! It really does work remarkably well! You must have a landline for this phone to work. It comes with a standard phone jack connection. The cradle is easy to install. Included is an extra screw as well as a tiny screwdriver. Yes, the cradle is supposed to be loose and wobble a bit from side to side once it is attached. The ring tone on mine is a digital sound which actually I like instead of a buzzer or traditional bell sound. The ring volume can be adjusted from low to high. I keep mine on low. This phone fits in with well my Victorian decor and I could not be happier! The white floral phone is push button and was a bit more difficult to set up as you have to program date/time/area code. The display is hard to see and I had to use a flashlight in order to see what I was doing. But once it was set up once you lift the handset it lights up a beautiful blue and is easy to see. I put the white one in my bedroom. Also has a digital ring tone. Very happy with these phones!

Beautiful and a heavy metal phone. Can be used as a landline but I use it for decoration. Very ornate. Anyone who byes it, you will be happy with it.

Not sure if it came with handset or not , it's a gift so we only partially unpacked it, didn't see the handset,is it under the base unit? Because that's as far as we went.upon a second look,it was under the Cord, inside the Styrofoam, well hidden!

Horrible cheap made the ear peace is hard to hear and or full of static no matter what I do what court I use the same thing I wish I had known it didn’t work good before my 30 days were up, but I had to wait till I had the phone company come out redo my lines because I thought it was my line made my phone not work, but it wasn’t my telephone line. It’s the phone. I do not recommend purchasing it, especially for the high price it was.

It’s a “pretty to look at” phone. It has a modern sounding ringer which belies the vintage factor, and no way to change it. The cradle is ill made so it is extremely wobbly. It comes with a screw to tighten the cradle to the phone base but it is the internal part that wobbles so screwing it tightly to the internal piece still lets it wobble. Two stars for the overall look of the product.

Highly recommended as decoration, not for actual use.

The phone is attractive but I don’t have the proper phone Jack at home to use it and the phone company charges a lot to come out and add a phone Jack. Tried to return it but was a few days past the allowed return date
