Great for long runs and workouts
The Puresport Roll-On is great. I used it during the Great North Run and found it really helpful for soothing tired muscles and joints after running. It gives a nice cooling effect, is easy to apply, and absorbs quickly without feeling sticky. Perfect for recovery after long runs or workouts. Will continue to use it.

Pricey, but honestly worth it
I’ll admit, this Puresport 1000mg Muscle & Joint Freeze Roll‑On is on the expensive side, but I genuinely think it’s worth it. I’ve had stubborn foot pain for months and no anti‑inflammatories have made a difference — but this actually does. I also love that it’s a roll‑on. It feels so much less wasteful than creams you have to rub in, and it’s way easier to apply exactly where you need it. Even though it’s called a “freeze roll‑on,” I don’t really get that icy sensation. Whatever it’s doing, though, it works, and that’s what matters to me. Overall, I’m impressed and relieved to finally have something that helps.

Used this once and it works (?). There is a nice smell as it has lemongrass. The roller rolls well. It’s not super quick to absorb into my skin but it didn’t take that long either so I don’t really have to use my hands to rub it in. I didn’t feel any freezing effect tho as the name suggests BUT not long after that it just works (?), no cramps and less tense on my calf. So, I guess it works regardless freezing effect or not and I look forward to use it again. Very nice packaging too - I mean it is ££££ for what it is but I’ve seen a lot of gym people raving about it.
