I plan to use on an led wall that uses a novastar sender card with a dvi input. will this work if i use an hdmi > dvi adaptor from the receiver ?

Would this support USB hub with simultanously use of mouse, keyboard, speaker, microphone, and webcam?

Yes It will support a Hub and all things connected, take note AUDIO is on the HDMI there is no breakout for it.

Has anyone used this for only mouse, kb, and hdmi monitor at a longer distance (say 150'+) with stable results ? i see some reporting usb failing.

I have used this product at that distance with excellent results. This is the best solution I have found of many I've tried. I use them in my business to remote the video and mouse controls away from security system video recorders. My systems use a mouse but no keyboard. It does seem like it makes a difference which of the two USB ports I use for the wireless mouse dongle. I've not had good luck with cheaper extenders or extenders that can only be powered from one end. I always use CAT6 cable.
