I have Spektrum transmiter,how can I binding?

That's totally separate from the plane. You would install your own Spektrum receiver and connect the pre-installed aileron, elevator and throttle leads to it.

Does this rc plane come with a controller?

Mine came with a power distribution board, but no controller, no receiver, no gyro, no flight controller.
