Good on price and well packaged its on a repeat order and cheaper here than some of the shops

This made my homemade bread very much like the high end seeded bread you can buy. The millet is delicious and gives a crunch to the bread. I used it on a fifty fifty wholemeal to strong white mix bread in my machine. (250g each, a pack of dry yeast 3 tablespoons of this millet, another 3 of mixed seeds pumpkin sunflower poppy, 25g oil or butter, teaspoon sugar and about 300ml water. It will vary according to the flour brand used. Bread machines have good recipes but I always check after the first hour of the cycle and add more water if it looks too firm a mix. It won't be able to rise well if too stiff). The millet makes a seeded bread more special and is hard to find these days so this is a welcome find.

⚠️ Serious Allergy Warning – Not Safe for Allergy Sufferers I’m writing this as a warning to anyone with food allergies. Although this company states that their millet is packaged in premises where peanuts are handled, the risk is clearly far greater than implied. We regularly consume millet without any issues, but after ordering from this supplier for the first time, my son experienced a severe allergic reaction. The reaction was serious enough that we had to administer an EpiPen and follow up with liquid antihistamines. This was not a mild sensitivity—it was a full allergic response, which strongly suggests cross-contamination at a level that makes this product unsafe for individuals with allergies. Clearer, stronger allergen warnings and stricter handling protocols are absolutely necessary. A simple disclaimer is not sufficient when the consequences can be life-threatening. I would strongly advise anyone with peanut or severe food allergies to avoid this product.
