I wanted to share my honest experience with this tea. I just finished my first box (about 15 tea bags), and it has worked really well for me. In one month, I lost 8 pounds. What I really like is that it doesn’t cause cramps, stomach pain, or any digestive discomfort (at least for me), unlike other weight loss teas I’ve tried before that gave me severe stomach pain, diarrhea, and even made me feel like I was going to faint. This tea is very good, it doesn't taste bad or anything like that at all it's actually a pretty enjoyable tea! I drink one cup after my last meal of the day and when I wake up it does do its job, its supposed to help your digestive system so it helps with using the bathroom, before drinking this I bever used to poop more than once usually I only would poop twice an entire week 😭 I know I know thats horrible, but now I'm pooping more than once everyday! This gives me more energy during the day and even helps sleeping at night. The aroma of this is like a blackberry tea. This is definitely worth the money 6$ for a tea that will help with my weight? Heck yeah! I just bought my second box, it also helps with bloating! I definitely recommend this over any weird supplements you find on tiktok or somewhere else!

uncertain on what to rate it so ill give it 4. First off i bought 2 boxes with snap. Today is my first day and I’ve already been to the restroom multiple times .. i was woken up at 9 am with cramps and the urge to use the restroom.. its only 1 pm, other reviews compared it to smooth move but that never did anything for me and it tasted horrible.. this will DEFINITELY make it fly out and it barely has a taste in my opinion. it also has already took away the bloating that i had.. i wont drink it everyday just because of how long i was in the restroom each time and how many times ive gone so far. but to each their own, hope this helps
