One of the mount arms separated and after contacting BulletPoint I was told the warranty was only valid if you live in the USA.

Best phone mount Iโve ever had in a truck. Take a few minutes to install. They give you a new keychain to make sure you tighten them down tight enough. They never move, no matter how rough the terrain.

All I can say is WOW. This is the best phone holder I have ever seen. It is rock solid. A little pricy but well worth the money. I installed it in about 10min. I didn't even use the double sided tape at te bottom because the screws hold it very tight. Im just amazed at the quality and how well designed it is. The key chain and bottle opener are nice touches. 5 stars for sure! I bought the dual phone holders and they fit perfect without blocking my view or interfering with the screen very much. Very adjustable as well.
